Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation; Notice of Amended Service 
Agreement

July 2, 1997.
    Take notice that on June 26, 1997, Columbia Gas Transmission 
Corporation (Columbia) tendered for filing with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission (Commission) an Amended and Restated FSS Service 
Agreement by and between Columbia and West Ohio Gas Company.

    Columbia states that this filing is being made in accordance with 
the settlement in Docket No. RP95-408, et al. (See Stipulation and 
Agreement, Article I, Section F (1)(d)(ii) which was approved by the 
Commission (77 FERC (61044 (1997)).
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest this filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street NE, Washington, DC 20426, in 
accordance with Sections 385.211 and 385.214 of the Commission's Rules 
and Regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed on or 
before July 9, 1997. Protests will be considered by the Commission in 
determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to 
make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of this filing are 
on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection in 
the Public Reference Room.
