Equitrans, L.P.; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC Gas Tariff

July 2, 1997.
    Take notice that on June 30, 1997, Equitrans, L.P. (Equitrans) 
tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised 
Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheets to become effective 
August 1, 1997:

Fourth Revised Sheet No. 202
Third Revised Sheet No. 251
Third Revised Sheet No. 252

    Equitrans states that the purpose of this filing is to comply with 
the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's Letter Order issued on June 
16, 1997 in the captioned docket, and to implement the Internet Web 
page standards which were adopted in Order No. 587-C for August 1, 1997 
effectiveness.
    Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be filed 
as provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. 
Protests will be considered by the Commission

in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve 
to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of this filing 
are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection 
in the Public Reference Room.
