Commonwealth of Kentucky

    Powell County and the contiguous Counties of Clark, Estill, Lee, 
Menifee, Montgomery, and Wolfe in the Commonwealth of Kentucky 
constitute a disaster area as a result of damages caused by flooding 
which occurred on June 16 and 17, 1997. Applications for loans for 
physical damages may be filed until the close of business on August 29, 
1997 and for economic injury until the close of business on March 30, 
1998 at the address listed below or other locally announced locations: 
U.S. Small Business Administration, Disaster Area 2 Office, One 
Baltimore Place, Suite 300, Atlanta, GA 30308.
