AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: Action in this document allots Channel 298A to Superior,
Montana, as that community's first local broadcast service in response
to a petition filed by Mountain Tower Broadcasting. See 62 FR 7984,
February 21, 1997. The coordinates for Channel 298A at Superior are 47-
11-30 and 114-53-18. Canadian concurrence has been obtained for this
allotment. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
DATES: Effective August 11, 1997. The window period for filing
applications for Channel 298A at Superior, Montana, will open on August
11, 1997, and close on September 11, 1997.
