    In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-
463), as amended), the National Science Foundation announces the 
following meeting.

    Date and time: August 15-18, 1994.
    Place: Center for Analysis and Prediction of Storms (CAPS), 
Sarkeys Energy Center, University of Oklahoma, School of 
Meteorology, 100 East Boyd #1310, Norman, Oklahoma 73019.
    Type of Meeting: Closed.

Mesoscale Dynamics Meteorology, Division of Atmospheric Sciences,

Center for Analysis and Prediction of Storms (CAPS), Science and

Agenda

    To review and evaluate the request for the renewal of the Center 
for Analysis and Prediction of Storms, Science and Technology 
Centers proposal.

Reason for Closing

    The materials being reviewed include information of a 
proprietary or confidential nature, including technical information; 
financial data; and personal information concerning individuals 
associated with the proposals. These matters are exempt under 5 
U.S.C. 552b(c), (4) and (6) of the Government Sunshine Act.
