Radio Broadcasting Services; Cascade, Montana
AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filed by Stephen
D. Dow proposing the allotment of Channel 285C to Cascade, Montana, as
that community's first local broadcast service. There is a site
restriction 29.7 kilometers (18.4 miles) northeast of the community.
Canadian concurrence will be requested for this allotment at
coordinates 47-28-43 and 111-27-13.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or before September 19, 1994, and
reply comments on or before October 4, 1994.

of Proposed Rule Making, MM Docket No. 94-83, adopted July 14, 1994,

Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of 1980 do not apply
to this proceeding.
