MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED: The Commission will consider and act upon the 
following:

    1. Peabody Coal Co., Docket No. KENT. 93-295. (Issues include 
whether the judge correctly found that Peabody's violation of 30 CFR 
Sec. 77.370(a)(1) was not significant and substantial.)
    2. Pyramid Mining, Inc., Docket No. KENT. 93-184. (Issues 
include whether the judge correctly concluded that Pyramid did not 
violate 30 CFR Sec. 77.1505.)

    Any person attending this meeting who requires special
