Membership of the Commission's Performance Review Board
AGENCY: Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
ACTION: Membership change of performance review board.

SUMMARY: In accordance with the Office of Personnel Management guidance
under the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978, notice is hereby given that
the following employees will serve as members of the Commission's
Performance Review Board.
Chairperson: Donald Tendick, Acting Executive Director. Members:
David Merrill, Executive Assistant to the Acting Chairman, Office of
the Chairman; Pat Nicolette, Acting General Counsel, Office of General
Counsel; Andrea Corcoran, Director, Division of Trading and Markets;
Geoffrey Aronow, Director, Division of Enforcement; Blake Imel, Acting
Director, Division of Economic Analysis.
DATE: This action was effective July 26, 1996.
