CFR Correction

    In Title 30 of the Code of Federal Regulations, parts 700 to End, 
revised as of July 1, 1995, on page 144, Sec. 735.23 was inadvertently 
omitted. The omitted text should read as follows:

Sec. 735.23  Administrative procedures.

    The agency shall follow administrative procedures governing 
accounting, payment, property and related requirements contained in 
Office of Management and Budget Circular No. A-102.
