August 4, 1994.
    Take notice that a technical conference has been scheduled for 
Thursday, August 11, 1994, at 1 p.m. in a room to be designated at the 
offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 810 First Street, 
N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, to discuss Texas Gas Transmission 
Corporation's filing in this proceeding.
