Thereof; Designation of Additional Commission Investigative Attorney

    Notice is hereby given that, as of this date, Smith R. Brittingham, 
Esq. and Teresa B. Martinez, Esq. of the Office of Unfair Import 
Investigations are designated as the Commission investigative attorneys 
in the above-cited investigation instead of Smith R. Brittingham, Esq.
    The Secretary is requested to publish this Notice in the Federal 
Register.
