revised tariff sheets. KNI requests that the tendered sheets be
accepted for filing and permitted to become effective July 10, 1995.
KNI states that the purpose of its filing is to comply with the

    bidding requirements.
KNI states that a copy of its filing was served on all KNI

the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but
will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any
person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene.
