Settlement Conference
August 4, 1998.
Take notice that a settlement conference will be convened in the
subject proceedings on Tuesday, August 11, 1998, at 9:00 am., through
Thursday, August 13, 1998. If necessary, the conference may be convened
on August 12, 1998, before Chief Administrative Law Judge Wagner acting
as a Settlement Judge. Also, if necessary, the conference may continue
beyond August 13 , 1998. The conference will be held at the offices of
the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E.,
Washington, DC.
Any party, as defined by 18 CFR 385.102(c), or any participant, as
defined by 18 CFR 385.102(b), my attend. Persons wishing to become a
party must move to intervene and receive intervenor status pursuant to
section 385.214 of the Commission's regulations.
