    In rule document 99-18866 beginning on page 42434 in the issue of 
Wednesday, August 4, 1999, make the following correction(s):
    On page 42434, in the second column, in the DATES section, in the 
first line, after ``rule'' remove ``and'' and add ``is effective 
December 2, 1999, and the stay on''.
