AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior.
ACTION: Opening Order.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that effective August 11, 1994, the
following lands are now reopened for all public uses.
T. 5 S., R. 6 E.,
Section 30, lots 1 through 6, NE\1/4\, E\1/2\W\1/2\, N\1/2\SE\1/
4\.
Section 31, lots 1 through 11, E\1/2\NW\1/4\, NE\1/4\SW\1/4\,
N\1/2\SE\1/4\.
T. 6 S., R. 5 E.,
Section 1, lots 1 through 4, S\1/2\N\1/2\,S\1/2\.
The emergency closure of public land in Socorro County, New Mexico
was published in the Federal Register on October 12, 1993 (58 FR 52786)
and corrected in the Federal Register on January 24, 1994 (59 FR 3558).
The purpose of the closure was to protect public health and safety.
