In accordance with Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 USC

Apply for Worker Adjustment Assistance on January 26, 1995, applicable
to all workers at the Nocona Boot Company, Nocona, Texas who were
engaged in the production of leather boots. The notice was published in
the Federal Register on February 14, 1995 (60 FR 8415).
The certification has been amended several times to include other
operating facilities of Nocona Boot and other divisions of the Footwear
Management Company.
New information received from the company shows that workers of
Nocona Boot Outlets operating in various locations within the State of
Texas have been adversely affected by increased imports. Accordingly,
the Department is again amending the certification to properly reflect
this matter.
