    This notice corrects a notice (FR Doc. 95-19369) published on page 
40180 of the issue for Monday, August 7, 1995.
    Under the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta heading, the entry for 
First Commerce Corporation, is revised to read as follows:
    1. First Commerce Corporation, New Orleans, Louisiana; to acquire 
9.85 percent of the voting shares of First United Bank of Farmerville, 
Farmerville, Louisiana.
