Title: Privacy of Consumer Financial Information, 12 CFR part 716 and Requirements for Insurance, 12 CFR part 741.

Description: The regulations direct newly chartered and troubled credit unions to provide NCUA with 30 days notice before making a management change. 12 CFR parts 701.14 and 741.205.

Estimated No. of Respondents/Recordkeepers: 10,627.

Estimated Burden Hours Per Response: 45 hours.
