SUMMARY:

This notice contains a summary of a petition seeking relief from specified requirements of Federal Aviation Regulations. Petition for Exemption

Description of Relief Sought: Sky Elements LLC requests an exemption to carry and trigger pyrotechnics effects from small unmanned aircraft systems during a drone light show conducted under their § 107.29(a)(2), § 107.29(b), and § 107.35 waiver, Waiver No. 107W–2021–02474, where the operation will be overseen by a Part 107 licensed pilot and a pyrotechnician licensed in the jurisdiction in which the operation is occurring.
