National Environmental Education Advisory Council; Public Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the National Environmental Education
Advisory Council, established under section 9 of the National
Environmental Education Act of 1990, will hold an open public meeting
on September 12-13, 1994. The meeting will take place at U.S. EPA, 401
M Street, S.W., OCEPA Conference Room, 3rd Floor, West Tower,
Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held on Monday, September 12th
from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Tuesday, September 13th from 9:00 am to
2:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is to provide the Advisory Council
with an opportunity to offer ongoing advice to EPA's Environmental
Education Division on its implementation of the National Environmental
Education Act.
Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting and to
submit written comments to EPA following the meeting. For additional
information regarding the Advisory Council or the upcoming meeting,
