Committee of Nine; Meeting
In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act of October 6,
1972, (Public Law 92-463, 86 Stat. 770-776), the Cooperative State
Research Service announces the following meeting:
Name: Committee of Nine.
Date: September 7, 1994, September 8, 1994.
Time: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; 8:00 a.m. to noon.
Place: Room 338C, Aerospace Building, 901 D Street, SW., USDA,
CSRS, Washington, DC 20250-2230.
Type of Meeting: Open to the public. Persons may participate in
the meeting as time and space permit.
Comments: The public may file written comments before or after
the meeting with the contact person listed below.
Purpose: To evaluate and recommend proposals for cooperative
research on problems that concern agriculture in two or more States,
and to make recommendations for allocation of regional research
funds appropriated by Congress under the Hatch Act for research at
the State Agricultural Experiment Stations.
