Public Review of the Finding of No Significant Impact on the
Designation of Upper Klamath River into the National Wild and Scenic
Rivers System
AGENCY: National Park Service, Interior.
ACTION: Public Review of Finding of No Significant Impact.

SUMMARY: The National Park Service is releasing for public review its
finding that the designation of the upper Klamath River, Oregon, into
the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System will not result in impacts
significantly affecting the quality of the environment. The river has
been found eligible for the national system, and the state of Oregon
has met all requirements for designation of the river through section
2(a)(ii) of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers Act.
DATES: Comments must be received by September 9, 1994.
