02-20328. TransColorado Gas Transmission Company; Notice of Compliance Filing

Take notice that on August 1, 2002, TransColorado Gas Transmission Company (TransColorado) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, Forty-Ninth Revised Sheet No. 21 and Twenty-Second Revised Sheet No. 22A, to be effective August 1, 2002.

TransColorado states that the filing is being made in compliance with the Commission's letter order issued March 20, 1997, in Docket No. RP97-255-000. The tendered tariff sheets propose to revise TransColorado's Tariff to reflect one amended negotiated-rate contract with Sempra Energy Trading, one new contract with ExxonMobil Gas Marketing Company (Exxon) and the deletion of the expired contract with Duke Energy Trading and Marketing, L.L.C.

TransColorado stated that a copy of this filing has been served upon all parties to this proceeding, TransColorado's customers, the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and the New Mexico Public Utilities Commission.
