    Notice of meeting.

    SUMMARY:

    The Trinity County Resource Advisory Committee (RAC) will hold a public meeting according to the details shown below. The committee is authorized under the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act (the Act) and operates in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA). The purpose of the committee is to improve Start Printed Page 49802 collaborative relationships and to provide advice and recommendations to the Forest Service concerning projects and funding consistent with Title II of the Act, as well as make recommendations on recreation fee proposals for sites on the Shasta-Trinity National Forest within Trinity County, consistent with the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act.     DATES:

    The meeting will be held on August 22, 2022, 4:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time.

    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

    The meeting agenda will include:

    1. Roll call;

    2. Comments from the Designated Federal Official (DFO);

    3. Approve minutes from last meeting;

    4. Discuss, recommend, approve projects;

    5. Public comment period; and

    6. Closing comments from the DFO.

    The meeting is open to the public. The agenda will include time for individuals to make oral statements of three minutes or less. Individuals wishing to make an oral statement should request in writing at least 3 days prior to the meeting date, to be scheduled on the agenda. Anyone who would like to bring related matters to the attention of the committee may file written statements with the committee staff before or after the meeting.
