ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The notice published on page 4788 in the issue of Thursday, 
February 8, 1996, closing to all public use the Keno Access Road and 
the Howard Prairie Hook Up Road in Jackson County, Oregon is hereby 
rescinded.
