Certain Fresh Cut Flowers From Colombia, Antidumping Duty
Administrative Review; Time Limit
AGENCY: Import Administration, International Trade Administration,
Department of Commerce
ACTION: Notice of extension of time limit.

SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (the Department) is extending the
time limit for the final results of the ninth review of the antidumping
duty order on certain fresh cut flowers from Colombia. The review
covers 351 producers and/or exporters of the subject merchandise to the
United States, and the period March 1, 1995 through February 29, 1996.
EFFECTIVE DATE: August 13, 1997.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Department initiated this administrative
review on April 22, 1996 (61 FR 17685). On August 21, 1996, we extended
the deadline for these preliminary results until March 31, 1997 (61 FR
43229). On April 8, 1997, we published in the Federal Register the
preliminary results of this administrative review (67 FR 16772).
Because it is not practicable to complete this review within the
time limits mandated by section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930,
as amended by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act, the Department is
extending the time limit for completion of the final results until
October 6, 1997.
This extension is in accordance with the section 751(a)(3)(A) of
the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended.
