    In rule document 98-20147 beginning on page 41326, in the issue of 
Monday, August 3, 1998, make the following correction:


Appendix A to Sec. 52.128  [Corrected]

    1. On page 41355, in the third column, in Table 1, under ``TFV'', 
in the first line, ``100'' should read ``>100''.
    2. On page 41356, in the third column, in the 18th line, after 
``this'' insert ``Appendix''.
