    Summary of Application:

    Applicants equest an order to permit certain business development companies (“BDCs”) and closed-end management investment companies to co-invest in portfolio companies with each other and with certain affiliated investment entities.

    Applicants:

    Felicitas Private Markets Fund, Skypoint Capital Advisors, LLC, Felicitas Global Partners, LLC, Felicitas SA1, LP, Felicitas Secondary Fund II, LP, Felicitas Tactical Opportunities Fund, LP, and Felicitas Debt Fund, LP.

    Filing Dates:

    The application was filed on April 6, 2023, and amended on September 11, 2023, May 17, 2024, June 18, 2024, and August 7, 2024.
