ANR Pipeline Co.; Notice of Technical Conference

August 8, 1995.
    In the Commission's order issued March 31, 1995, in the above-
captioned proceeding, the Commission held that the filing raised issues 
for which a technical conference was to be convened. A technical 
conference to address the issues was held Thursday, July 27, 1995. 
Comments are scheduled to be filed by August 15, 1995, with reply 
comments to be filed by August 30, 1995.
    ANR Pipeline Company and certain intervenors have asked the 
Commission to schedule a further session of the technical conference in 
an effort to resolve the disputed issues. Accordingly, the requested 
conference has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 22, 1995, at 10:00 
a.m. in a room to be designated at the offices of the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 810 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426. The 
due dates for comments and reply comments remain unchanged.
    All interested persons and Staff are permitted to attend.
