refund of Federal taxes paid.

are to be withdrawn to determine the amount of tax to be claimed later
as a tax credit or refund. The form notifies ATF when withdrawal or
destruction is to take place, and ATF may elect to supervise withdrawal
or destruction.

used to show where and to whom explosive materials are sent, thereby
ensuring that any diversions will be readily apparent, and, if lost or
stolen, ATF will be immediately notified on discovery of the loss or
theft.

on semiautomatic assault weapons that is not correctly captured on ATF
F 5300.11.
