Description of Relief Sought: Textron Aviation, Inc. (Textron) is requesting relief from § 21.17(d)(2) of Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) to allow Textron to file for an extension of the original application for Type Certification for Model 220 (Denali) without having to meet the newer standards in part 23.
