    Title: Semiannual Well Test Report, Form MMS-128.

    Abstract: Respondents submit Form MMS-128 to the Minerals 
Management Service's (MMS) Regional Supervisors so they can evaluate 
the results of well tests to ascertain if reservoirs are being depleted 
in a manner that will lead to the greatest ultimate recovery of 
hydrocarbons. The form is designed to present current well data on a 
semiannual basis to permit the updating of permissible producing rates 
and provide the basis for estimates of currently remaining recoverable 
gas reserves.

    Frequency: Semiannual.
    Description of Respondents: Outer Continental Shelf oil and gas 
lessees.
