Stingray Pipeline Company; Notice of Compliance Filing

August 10, 1999.
    Take notice that on August 5, 1999, Stingray Pipeline Company 
(Stingray), tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third 
Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets to be effective 
August 1, 1999:

Substitute Fifth Revised Sheet No. 104
Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 119A
Substitute Fifth Revised Sheet No. 199

    Stingray states that these tariff sheets were filed in compliance 
with the Commission's Letter Order issued on July 23, 1999, at Docket 
No. RP99-415-000.
    Stingray requested waiver of the Commission's Regulations to the 
extent necessary to permit the tendered tariff sheets to become 
effective August 1, 1999.
    Stingray states that copies of the filing are being mailed to its 
customers, interested state regulatory agencies and all parties set out 
on the official service list in Docket No. RP99-415.
    Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, 
DC 20426, in accordance with section 385.211 of the Commission's rules 
and regulations. All such protest must be filed as provided in section 
154.210 of the Commission's regulations. Protests will be considered by 
the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but 
will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings. Copies 
of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for 
public inspection in the Public Reference Room. This filing may be
