Aneptek Corp: Partially Exclusive Patent License

AGENCY: Department of the Navy, DOD.

ACTION: Intent to grant partially exclusive patent license; Aneptek 
Corporation.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy hereby given notice of its intent 
to grant to Aneptek Corporation a revocable, nonassignable, partially 
exclusive license in the United States to practice the Government-owned 
invention described in U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 07/749,244 
entitled ``Large Scale Purification of Contaminated Air'' filed August 
23, 1991.
    Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license has 60 days 
from the date of this notice to file written objections along with 
supporting evidence, if any. Written objections are to be filed with 
the Office of Naval Research (ONR OOCC), Ballston Tower One, Arlington, 
Virginia, 22217-5660.
