Description of Request: The City of Loveland has requested to amend its license to allow the following activities: restoration of the river channel and floodplain in the area formerly impacted by Idylwilde Dam and reservoir and; reconstruction of the parking lot along the Big Thompson River, formerly known as Idywilde Recreation Area.
