Temporary Alien Workers Seeking H-1B, O, and P Classifications 
Under the Immigration and Nationality Act--Correction

AGENCY: Immigration and Naturalization Service, Justice.

ACTION: Correction to final rule effective date.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

SUMMARY: The Immigration and Naturalization Service (Service) published 
a final rule on August 15, 1994 at 59 FR 41818 which became effective 
upon publication. The effective date of this final rule should have 
been 30 days following the date of the rule's publication in the 
Federal Register. This document corrects the error by providing that 
the final rule shall not be made effective until 30 days following 
publication of this correction in the Federal Register.

EFFECTIVE DATES: The effective date of this correction is August 15, 
1994. The effective date of the final rule published on August 15, 1994 
is September 19, 1994.
