    1. Proposed amendments to the prudential restrictions (firewalls) 
imposed on the operations of section 20 subsidiaries of bank holding 
companies (proposed earlier for public comment; Docket No. R-0958).
    2. Publication for comment of proposed amendments to the Federal 
Reserve Board's risk-based capital guidelines concerning treatment of 
recourse obligations, direct credit substitutes, and securitized 
transactions (proposed earlier for public comment; Docket No. R-0835).
    3. Any items carried forward from a previously announced meeting.

    Note: This meeting will be recorded for the benefit of those
