clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13.

    Title: Application Processing Fees.
    Description: 12 CFR Section 502.3 requires fees to accompany 
certain application filings, notices and requests. In addition, OTS is 
issuing a proposed regulation that would move this requirement from 
Section 502.3 to Section 502.70 without any change to the burden.
    Respondents: Savings and Loan Associations and Savings Banks.
    Estimated Number of Respondents: 3,066.
    Estimated Burden Hours Per Respondent: .036 average hours.
    Frequency of Response: 1.
    Estimated Total Reporting Burden: 110 hours.
