Correction

    In rule document 94-18367 beginning on page 38876 in the issue of 
Monday, August 1, 1994, make the following correction:


Sec. 204.3  [Corrected]

    On page 38884, in the third column, in Sec. 204.3(e)(2), paragraph 
``(ii) History of abuse and/or violence.'' should read ``(iii)History 
of abuse and/or violence.''
