rate schedule on the date which is sixty (60) days from the date of
this filing or the date the Commission issues an order accepting the
    rate schedule, whichever occurs first.
Copies of the filing were served upon DCE's jurisdictional
customer, Golden Electric Cooperative, Inc., and its counsel. A copy of
the filing was also served upon the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
