Notice of Public Meeting Cancellation of the Arkansas Advisory 
Committee

    Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and 
regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, that a meeting of 
the Arkansas Advisory Committee to the Commission which was to have 
convened at 1:00 p.m. and adjourned at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 
9, 1994, at the Arkansas Excelsior Hotel, Finley-Vinson Room, #3 
Statehouse Plaza, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, has been canceled.
    The original notice for the September 9, 1994, meeting was 
announced in the Federal Register on July 7, 1994, FR Doc. 94-16362, 59 
FR 34798.
