Acid Rain Program: Notice of Final Opt-in Permits

AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

ACTION: Notice of final opt-in permits.

SUMMARY: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is issuing two final 
five-year opt-in permits: one for the DuPont-Johnsonville Plant 
facility (Dupont) in Tennessee and one for the Warrick Power Plant 
facility (Warrick) in Indiana, in accordance with the Acid Rain Permits 
and Opt-in regulations (40 CFR parts 72 and 74, respectively).
