ACTION:
Proposed rule.
SUMMARY:
The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by ACME Television Licenses of New Mexico, LLC, licensee of station KASY-TV, NTSC channel 50, Albuquerque, New Mexico, requesting the substitution of DTV channel 45 for station KASY-TV's assigned DTV channel 51c. DTV Channel 45 can be allotted to Albuquerque, New Mexico, in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of Section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates (35-12-48 N. and 106-27-00 W.). As requested, we propose to allot DTV Channel 45 to Albuquerque with a power of 245 and a height above average terrain (HAAT) of 1287 meters.
