Description of Relief Sought: Elliot Aviation, LLC (Elliot) seeks an exemption from §§ 120.109(a), 120.111(c), 120.115, 120.219(c)(1), 120.223(a), and 120.223(b) of title 14, Code of Federal regulations to allow The Maintenance Group, Inc. to combine drug and alcohol testing programs with Elliot, whose program is established under a contractor registration.
