Correction

AGENCY: Food and Drug Administration, HHS.

ACTION: Notice; correction.

SUMMARY: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a notice 
that appeared in the Federal Register of July 21, 1997 (62 FR 39003). 
The document announced that Ube Industries (America), Inc., filed a 
petition proposing that the food additive regulations be amended to 
change the melting point range specifications for Nylon 6/66 resins 
intended for use in contact with food. The document published with an 
incorrect docket number. This document corrects that error.
