j. Deadline for filing motions to intervene and protests, comments, and recommendations are due 30 days from the issuance date of this notice. The Commission's Rules of Practice require all interveners filing documents with the Commission to serve a copy of that document on each person on the official service list for the project. Further, if an intervener files comments or documents with the Commission relating to the merits of an issue that may affect the responsibilities of a particular resource agency, they must also serve a copy of the document on that resource agency.

k. Description of the Application: The PUD, licensee for the Lake Chelan Hydroelectric Project, has filed a request for Commission approval to amend the Chelan Riverwalk Park boundary and project boundary by removing 0.26 acre of land. The land is located in the City of Chelan (city) and is owned by the city. This proposal would be consistent with the city's master plan and would accommodate the city's planning effort to develop within the city and to redesign and improve the entrance to the park.
