Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline, L.L.C.; Notice of Meeting
August 15, 1996.
    On August 27, 1996, the Commission's staff will meet, at the 
request of the U.S. Congressional Delegation from New Hampshire 
(Congressional Delegation), with the Congressional Delegation 
officials, of the Town of Salem, New Hampshire, and other interested 
community leaders, to provide information about:
     the environmental impact statement process required by the 
National Environmental Policy Act of 1969; and
     the environmental aspects of the proposed Maritimes and 
Northeast Phase I Pipeline Project.
    The meeting will occur at 7:00 PM, at Salem High School, 44 
Geremonty Drive, Salem, New Hampshire.
