Passport Procedures--Amendment to Restriction of Passports 
Regulation

AGENCY: Bureau of Consular Affairs, Department of State.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This rule adopts as final the interim final rule amending the 
rules concerning passport restrictions published November 25, 1997. 
This rule added one new ground for denying, revoking or canceling a 
passport.

EFFECTIVE DATE: October 1, 1997.
