Foreign-Trade Zone 125--South Bend, Indiana Withdrawal of 
Application for Subzone Status for the Bayer Corporation Aspirin 
Products Plant

    Notice is hereby given of the withdrawal of the application 
submitted by the St. Joseph County Airport, grantee of FTZ 125, 
requesting special-purpose subzone status for the aspirin products 
manufacturing plant of Bayer Corporation. The application was filed on 
March 4, 1998 (63 FR 12439, 3/13/98).
    The withdrawal was requested by the applicant because of changed 
circumstances, and the case has been closed without prejudice.
