    SUMMARY:

    This notice contains a summary of a petition seeking relief from specified requirements of Federal Aviation Regulations.     Description of Relief Sought: Airbus SAS seeks relief from 14 CFR 25.1438 to allow Airbus time to incorporate a pneumatic bleed monitoring system software update and certify the installation of an improved engine compressor high pressure bleed valve (HPV) to address a leaking HPV on A330-941 and A330-841 models operated in the United States.
